Ticket Donations/Unused Tickets
Unused tickets may be donated to Yuba Sutter Arts & Culture for a tax-deductible contribution. To receive tax deductible receipt, please call (530) 742-2787 or email@yubasutterarts.org at least 24 hours prior to showtime.
Child Ticketing Policy
All patrons are required to have a ticket. All youngsters except infants ARE REQUIRED to have a seat. We do not allow sitting on parent’s laps. Youngsters on laps can be dangerous with children ending up in aisles where performers are running through for the show. Parents are expected to take into account the subject and nature of performances when selecting shows for their children. Children who are unable to sit quietly during a performance, along with the adult accompanying them, may be asked to leave the event temporarily. Please bring appropriate ear protection for your children.
Conditions of Sale:
No refunds. Exchanges available for members only. You assume all risk and danger incidental to the exhibition, event, or performance whether occurring prior to, during, or after said show. You assume all risk and danger of injury and you agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.
Patrons who purchased tickets for an event are REQUIRED to check-in at admission with their FULL party 10 minutes after the event is listed to start. Any patrons who are later than 10 minutes are at risk of forfeiting their ticket. We will make use of a wait list at every event that sells out. Those from the wait list will be given access to any tickets from patrons that did not check-in on time. Tickets forfeited are NOT REFUNDABLE.
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, or glass containers allowed. No recording devices, professional cameras, or video cameras permitted. No transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, game, performance, or exhibition.
You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
By attending any and all events & programs, you are agreeing to this policy.
