Our second annual Harvest the Arts fundraiser will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2013 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. To highlight Yuba Sutter Arts’ service in both Yuba and Sutter Counties, we are staging this event at a different location each year. This year, we’re excited to hold this end-of-summer event at the Alcouffe Center in Oregon House, located in the agriculturally rich foothills of Yuba County. We are also seeking financial and in-kind sponsors for tax-deductible donations. Sponsors will be listed on flyers, our website, social media, direct mail and email promotions, as well as on signage at the event. All proceeds benefit Yuba Sutter Arts’ variety of programs and services we provide our community including: placing artists in schools to supplement arts education; assisting fledgling, new and established arts organizations in Yuba-Sutter to reach their target audience and to accomplish their goals; providing artists venues to display their artwork at little to no cost; featuring local performers at the Lee Burrows Theatre. Harvest the Arts is our biggest fundraiser of the year—we look forward to your participation at this fun event! CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP LEVELS
  •  Sprout: $100 includes 2 tickets
  •  Fruits & Nuts: $250 sponsor includes 5 tickets
  •  Big Bounty: $500 sponsor includes 10 tickets
  •  Full Harvest: $1,000 sponsor includes 20 tickets
Be a Farm/Food/Beverage Sponsor by donating food and/or beverages to be used in tastings that would be enough for 50 guests. For example, farms may donate produce to be made into delicious creations by Yuba College Culinary students at the event. Alternatively, farms or businesses may bring their own samples of food/beverages to the event. You may also choose one of our Partnership Levels described on the enclosed form. By supporting this Yuba Sutter Arts event with your food/beverage donations you will have these opportunities to promote your business or farm at the event:
  •  Table space at the event allocated for your food/beverage to be served and info displayed
  •  Farms will be highlighted on our Yuba-Sutter location maps
  •  Recognition on Harvest the Arts flyers, posters, newspapers, email invites
  •  Signage displaying your logo
  •  Verbal announcements throughout the evening
  •  Commit by July 15th to be on our Collectible Harvest the Arts Poster
