Victor and Toni are certanially doing their part with these recycled cylendars. Can you emagine someone recycling cylendars to create something so esthetically beautiful and something so charming to listen to? Each bell has it't own beautiful cheim and whimsical charm. "I love them" Every artist has their own ideas of what art is and these two have hit a nerve in almost every one that looks and or listend to their cylendar cheims. If you haven't herd them or seen them, you are missing out. What a tallent to be able to stimulate two of our senses at once. They are just great!!! Victor and Toni too! Mr. Husted has the ability to teach others things they don't even know about themself through the use of clay. He will tell you to try and see what the clay wants to be. You may start out with one idea and then the clay will start taking on a whole other form. If it turns out a flop; it's only clay". Start again! You will have good days and not so good days like using any other medium. If it's in you it will come forward. Just enjoy it and be yourself. He is an outstanding teacher not to mention artist. I have purchased several pieces of his ceramics through the years that I can enjoy every day. He is a devoted artist that has opened his home to let others see the transformation from earth to ceramics. He has demonstrated every aspect of being a great ceramist and teacher. His art expresses his experiances in going to Japan on his sebaticals to his experiances teaching his students. I am proud to say I have had the pleasure of being taught by him; and that I know him.
